Frontend part of the encoder top-level (#24)

This is a wrapper of the "frontend" subblocks: color conversion, discrete cosine transform (DCT), and the zig-zag.  This commit includes tests the verifies the integration of the three frontend components. 

* zig_zag_module implementation

* frontend part software implementation

* myhdl test unit of the frontend part added

* Zig-zag module implementation (#23)

* Update RLE with respect to new structure (#25)
