[feature] UX - Handle file upload errors with redirect to error page

* replace unbranded content with redirecting to error page with error-type `fileUploadError`
* check LocalStorage for remaining file/fileName keys and delete them
* enhance markup and styling for error message as a code block
* clean up imports in `example.ts`
