EEA: Rely on central entities table as opposed to per-entity table (#4664)

* EEA: Rely on central entities table as opposed to per-entity table

This required using the properties service in order to fetch the
relevant entity info. This might be disruptive when we get the first
event for an entity, but provider caching should make this a little better.
