[feature] Handle errors and redirect to error page

* create new module `error-handler.ts` to process various error types and their according content to be displayed on the error page
* rename auth-error.html to error.html as it now is a template for all types of errors
* add new message strings for error page
* replace toasts for unknown errors with redirect to dedicated error page
