* feat: Add a warning in case senders are undenied manually from db
This also creates a new function which does the check for inital denial of a sender

* feat: Check if new message sender is denied if so push a warning and add back to DB

* feat: Check if new receipt sender is denied if so push a warning and add back to DB

* feat: typos
