Handle malformed `multiSend` decoding errors (#1984)

Wraps the decoding/mapping logic for `multiSend` transactions in a `try / catch`, logging the error and returning an empty array instead:

- Add `try / catch` to `mapMultiSendTransactions` and log thrown error.
- Add/update tests accordingly.
