  This PR enables RBF by default on `TxBuilder`

  - On TxParams, `rbf` becomes `sequence`
  - Added `set_exact_sequence()`, so the user can define an arbitrary sequence value
  - `n_sequence` now defaults to `0xFFFFFFFD`
  - Adjusted tests accordingly
