add uniform CI for coherence

1. For plot_coherence, the code for uniform CI is added.
2. For plot_losses, the order of the subplots is changed, now the first subplot is the losses for the MAP, the second is for ELBO.
3.For test_end_to_end, just change some parameters to test the psd and coh, the simulation time is still within 50s.
