- If a Safe was banned, InternalTxDecoded were never marked as processed
- Because of that, InternalTxDecoded index for `processed=True` grew with no control
- At some point, the query to get the pending `InternalTxDecoded` to process could take a few minutes, delaying indexing of Safe transactions
