fix: support decrypting strings larger than 4 MiB (#123)

The `cloakedStringRegex` regex fails on ciphertexts larger than 4 MiB.
The new `parseCloakedString` in [`@47ng/cloak@1.2.0`][1] doesn't have
this limitation.
