[patch] Allow failure (#471)

* Refactor: rename test class

* Allow the run call to specify that it should continue after errors

and add a new output signal to emit off of failed states

* Add demo to deepdive

* Simplify failure signal connections

I did a nicer job overloading the `>>` operator than I origianlly assumed, and we can make this much more readable.
