Merge pull request #35 from ckeditor/ck/fix-missing-ckeditor-deps

Fix: Polyfill `ckeditor5` and `ckeditor5-premium-features` typings if these packages are not installed.
Fix: No longer use aliases in `src/` files due to incorrect `.d.ts` output.
