Refactor code and used deparsing approach for pivot view

Updated pivot view approach to deparsing approach. This approach will
deparse rawStmt to psql-text at analyzer stage which will be set in
bbf_pivot function argument. This eliminated the need for 2 new helper
view and an additional babel catalog.
