Pre release/init command tests (#33)

* Adds a new unit test in `bootstrap_generator_test.go` to verify that `BootstrapGenerator` correctly generates the necessary project files. Refactors `bootstrap_generator.go` to use a flexible writer function, improving testability and decoupling file generation from filesystem dependencies.
* Refactors the init command to use dependency injection for project loading and file writing. Introduces new interfaces and factory functions to enhance testability and maintainability; adds tests for the init command.
