Rewrote the `IndicatorBar` to use Arcade's GUI system transforming it into `ProgressBar`. This also allowed me to create a `ProgressBarGroup` to initialise multiple `ProgressBar`s at the same time.

Moved all game UI functionality out into a separate `GameUI` class allowing for better abstraction from the game.

Optimised `PythonSprite` creation by moving it to the constructors instead of doing it in `_create_sprite()`.

Remove all references to the `arcade` namespace in `game.py` so it directly imports the required classes and functions directly.

Fixed `window.py` not exporting `HadesWindow`.
