Merge pull request #128 from SeaweedbrainCY/dev

- fix CVE-2024-43799
- Upgrade to python 3.12
- Improve logging, error message and error handling
- Better handling of the different cause of start crash at api start
- Change the route of the API, remove api.zero-totp.com and welcome zero-totp/api/v1
- Add french translation in the compile time to improve display speed
- Force to define trusted proxy to get ip
- When route change, the app now scroll back to top
- Update servers location to include germany and swiss 
- Add domain in config instead of hardcoded
