[patch] `Runnable` flexibility and a new output signal (#467)

* Add failed signal

* Convert before_run kwargs to a dict input

* Allow each step of the run cycle to accept kwargs independently

* :bug: fix errors in failure signal test

* Remove test of custom callback

We don't accept the callback as input anymore, instead we let the run finishing method be more flexible

* :bug: fix the failure signal test again

* Format black
