trivial: amd-gpu: allow force installing IFWI images

For SOME products it's technically possible to take an IFWI image from
another product.

For example I just flashed an 113-D7020100-115 on a 113-D70201-00
successfully.  Most people should never do this, but allow overriding
it (🐉🐉🐉🐉 ahead though!)
