Pre release/increase test coverage (#28)

* Adds new tests for the several packages and modules
* Adds new tests for the parsley_error.go module and fix bugs in ParsleyAggregateError
* Refactors the reflection and generator packages to gain testability
* Runs tests separately, making sure the coverage output gets properly merged
* Extends the type_visitor.go module to support pointer parameters and results
* Adds the ParameterType struct to store reflected parameter and field type information properly
* Fixes bug in type_visitor.go module
