Documented and fixed HMC/SE version requirements

Details:

* Added a new section 'HMC/SE version requirements' to the Intro
  chapter, that describes how such requirements are documented.

* Improved the section 'Fteature Enablement' in the Concepts
  chapter to add the list of firmware features and API features, and more
  details on how they work.

* To each zhmcclient class and their methods, added a paragraph
  'HMC/SE version requirements' that documents them.

* Moved some 'Authentication requirements' paragraphs within
  the method description, where they had an inconsistent order.

* Fixed the description of the 'Cpc.list_associated_storage_groups()'
  method; it previously had stated that when the "dpm-storage-management"
  firmware feature is not enabled, the method would be returning an empty
  list. That was corrected in the documentation to match the actual
  behavior, which is to fail.
