IGVF-1926 Update UI for the newly embedded file-set objects within file object (#613)

* Change all file pages to use the newly embedded `file_set` property. Do the same for the `integrated_in` property. Change the derived-from table to use the new `file_set` embedding for the File Set column.
* Update the file list renderer to handle the embedded file set. Update Jest tests.
* Remove stray console.log.
* Change the report link of file tables to expect an embedded file set.
* Change report link on sequencing file tables to account for the newly embedded file sets.
* Update the report link for the control file sets table on MeasurementSet pages.
