Implement ULID support (#659)

* Implement ULID support

* Include wvlet.airframe.ulid library
* Change Contents from immutable.Seq to immutable.ArrayBuffer
* Drop WithAttachments trait and add ULIDAttachment so that
  all attachments go into descriptives list
* Implement .ulid method on Definition & WithDescriptives
  that extracts the ulid from the attachment or creates a
  new one. Save it lazily

* Change test timing constraint to support slower machines
