Added exception tests

Details:

* Added unit tests for exceptions that did not have one:
  - MetricsResourceNotFound
  - CeasedExistence

* Added simple exception classes to the test_simple_exc() tests:
  - NotificationConnectionError
  - NotificationSubscriptionError
  - SubscriptionNotFound

* Fixed a missing closing parenthesis in MetricsResourceNotFound.__repr__().

* Renamed the manager indicator class/object in test_exceptions.py.
