Bump path-to-regexp, react-router and react-router-dom

Removes [path-to-regexp](https://github.com/pillarjs/path-to-regexp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [path-to-regexp](https://github.com/pillarjs/path-to-regexp), [react-router](https://github.com/remix-run/react-router/tree/HEAD/packages/react-router) and [react-router-dom](https://github.com/remix-run/react-router/tree/HEAD/packages/react-router-dom). These dependencies need to be updated together.
