- Add GitHub webhook secret to .env.example and config
- Refactor ContentWebhookController to use github_webhook library
- Update tests for ContentWebhookController
- Add github_webhook dependency
- Remove unused dependencies (tentacat, hackney, etc.)
- Update Endpoint to use GitHubWebhook plug
