Rename StakingStatus enums (#1899)

- Renames `StakingStatus` to `StakingDepositStatus` as it only contains the statuses for `deposit` transactions.
- Renames `StakingStatusInfo` to `StakingDepositStatusInfo` as it only contains the statuses for `deposit` transactions.
- Removes `RequestedExit`, `Unknown` and `Withdrawn` statuses from `StakingDepositStatus` as they are not used anywhere.
