Remove Dask (#103)

* Switch to an internal asyncio-based runner. Still some things
to figure out.

* Add async runner.

* Move run_md async wrapper into the runner.

* Comments in asyncrunner & sync task function wrapper.

* Remove dask import.

* Update the scheduler, some things are still running into races.

* dask -> runner in config dict access.

* Update asyncrunner, add a managed list of futures.

* Update scheduler, almost back to Dask-based version.

* Return a future_list() from setup_runner.

* Replace dask->runner subdict in input dict from toml.

* Update turtlemd toml.

* First pass on updating tests.

* First pass on worker's logger.

* Update test data.

* Move the logger setup into the process initializer.

* If the task fail in executor, pass up the exception in the future.
