Daemonize cjet only after setting up the listening sockets.

This simplifies startup in an init script based init system. Now you
can just start cjet without ampersand and the control to the shell goes
back after setting up the listening sockets.

Befor this fix, cjet went into background before the listening sockets
ran. This introduces a race condition that processes requiring cjet
might be startet right after cjet and try to connect cjet before
listen() in cjet was called.
