Rework package structure (#100)

* Refactor package structure

* Add lazy imports for node implementations

* Use lazy loading for processors used in ops

* Collect type aliases in a common module

* Fix tests

* Append private modules with underscore

* Restructured ops module layout.

* Write all arguments for all init file

* Fix linter configuration and reformat all

* Fix linting errors

* Add project description

* Don't create temporary coverage files in cwd anymore.
