More improvements (#2)

* More improevements

 * Command to print current parsed config
 * Command to print sample config
 * Small changes around error handling in main (disable stack trace,
   replace std logger, etc)

* More fixes

 * fix report button action
 * make arguments for rules more consistent
 * introduce filter chain name (FilterName) in addition to name of the filter that
   was used.
 * Make sample config more real-life

 * Actions can callback to stateful filtering rules (to cleanup/modify
