feat(commands): commands with multiple buffers

Macro `ship-mate-create-command` now accepts keyword argument
`:multiple` that can be set tot `t` to allow for multiple buffers for
that command.

This means that when creating buffer names, a check is made whether
the usually used buffer currently has a process. In that case, a new
name is generated.
