* No `run_id` dependent plugin version

* Bug fix

* Add https://github.com/AxFoundation/strax/pull/700 to .git-blame-ignore-revs

* Use `version` than `__version__`

* Set `version` as classmethod

* `_auto_version` shall not check `cls.takes_config`

* Cache hash  before multi thread processing

* Set default version as string
