Use withRouter instead of using context directly

Don't import all of react-router, as it prevents users from slimming that dependency
- The UMD build must be dropped as a result

Only pass an `active` prop if the wrapped component isn't a String (fixes #5)
- Assert that no warnings are logged in unit tests
