Update to aas-core-meta, codegen, testgen 31d6afd, 0f7345e1, 3165e9b1d (#38)

We update the development requirements to and re-generate everything
with:
* [aas-core-meta 31d6afd],
* [aas-core-codegen 0f7345e1] and
* [aas-core3.0-testgen 3165e9b1d].

Notably, we update to v3.0.1 of the meta-model.
