Refactor TestBaseClass and update SpellcheckerTests

Updated using directives and namespace in TestBaseClass.cs. Made properties nullable and simplified methods. Removed unused field. Explicitly defined ObjectPool type in SpellcheckerTests.cs. Utilized null-conditional operators in multiple methods. Enabled nullable reference types in Spellchekr.Tests.csproj.
