Refactor codebase (#122)

* Prefix: Scss style sheets with underscore so only compiled when imported

* Apply: Constants in model validations + model specs

* Correct: Spacing + indentation

* Rename: extract_alphabetise_value -> get_alphabetise_value (+ test for leading whitespace

* Amend: generate_url method to remove specified apostrophes on case-insensitive basis

* List: Database seed values directly (rather than creating via instance method

* Re-prioritise: Session routes below root route (+ remove default Rails comments)

* Extract: Database seeds into separate files

* Add: Tests for date format validator

* Generalise: Generate URL validators tests (so do not apply exclusively to productions)

* Amend: User model tests to call each directly on array (rather than variable)

* Correct: Syntax of hashes
