Generalise MessagePack.fromObject to Monad m.

fromObject used to return Maybe a, now it returns m a. We use "fail" from Monad
to return Nothing for Maybe. In the future, MonadFail[1] will replace Monad, but
not anytime soon, since we need to be compatible with base <= 4.8, and MonadFail
is since 4.9.0.0.
