IGVF-1861 Display new properties on object pages (#588)

* Update npm packages.
* Update Cypress npm package version.
* Update Typescript ESLint and type packages.
* Disable Typescript checking for requires. Disable Typescript checking Javascript files in the components directory, though this seems to have ZERO effect on Typescript.
* Update analysis-set page to have Input File Set For and Control For tables. Update file-set table to show a Type column.
* Add Input File Set For table to auxiliary sets object pages.
* Remove stray import that VSCode automatically added in the last commit.
* Update construct-library-set object pages to have an Input File Set For table.
* Add input_file_set_for and control_for file-set tables to the curated set object page.
* Add input_file_set_for and control_for file-set tables to the measurement-set object page.
* Add input_file_set_for and control_for file-set tables to the model-set object page. Rearrange tables on the measurement-set object page.
* Add input_file_sets and control_for file-set tables to the prediction-set object page.
* Add targeted_genes and external_image_url displays to measurement-set object pages.
* Add targeton display to construct-library-set object page. Display input_file_sets and assessed_genes to prediction-set object page.
* Add `input_file_for table` to alignment-file object page. Display `analysis_step_version` in all file-object page summary panels.
* Add `input_file_for` table to configuration-file object pages. Rearrange code on the alignment-file page, and simplify the titles of the tables.
* Add `input_file_for` table to image-file object page.
* Add `input_file_for` table to matrix-file object page. Change all previous `input_file_for` tables to use FileTable instead of DerivedFromTable. Note that we can’t download files for the `input_file_for` table because we have no associated file set.
