Fix the BlueZ devices detection

ServicesResolved property is needed to check device availability.
If services are not discovered the device connectivity will fail,
leading to incorrect behavior during the device adding and removing.
In case of BlueTooth device disconnection BlueZ immidiately set this
property to false, while connected and paired property removed with a
delay, causing incorrect behaviour and unneeded delays during the device
reboot.
