feat(bulkchecker): add pagination limit and improve synchronization

- Implemented a pagination limit in the BulkChecker to control the number of requests processed.
- Introduced a WaitGroup to ensure that all requests are collected before execution begins.
- Enhanced comments for better understanding of the BulkChecker struct, including explanations for the list, mutex, and WaitGroup.
