* Update prettier to latest

* Reformat following prettier update

* Bump tseslint to v8

* Fix unnecessary wrapper types

* Replace some expressions with more modern constructs

* Add lint ignore

* Update ESLint config to ignore `Function` again

* Fix remaining lint errors

* Bump remaining lint dependencies

* Remove outdated react-router types
