Make the main SPA a root Vue component (#8360)

* Initial conversion of main.html to Vue

* Simplify translation initialization in JS

By shuffling this code, it looks like we get closer to the code examples
around the web, which hopefully gets us closer to the patterns that eg.
Quasar expects us to follow.

* Reflow package.json

* Move Vue config values and set additional one

Vue wants __VUE_PROD_HYDRATION_MISMATCH_DETAILS__ set, so set it.

* Add user and company name to Main view

* Address issue found by github-advanced-security

* Fix jslint errors

* Run eslint on Main.vue

Fix circular error about missing-but-disallowed closing '/' on img
and hr.

Reflow.

Allow require, in this case.

* Rename Main as that is a reserved HTML tag

* Remove printf debugging remnants
