Add Z3 Constraints to CFG Edges (#1072)

Implement Z3Environment class to store the variable environment and constraints in CFG.
Add attributes precondition_constraints to ControlFlowGraph and z3_constraints to CFGEdge.

Generate new z3 constraints from function preconditions, if statement conditions, and while loop conditions.
