Commit Message

Build LogDog Annotee and Butler into Kitchen.

Add Annotee and Butler to Kitchen. Kitchen can now be invoked with
LogDog flags which, when enabled, cause it to send its recipe engine
output through LogDog instead of its own STDOUT/STDERR. Optionally,
Annotee can also be installed to parse the recipe engine output into
streams and send those through the Butler instance.
