* Convert lib/facets to Typescript.
* Convert lib/cookie to Typescript.
* Convert Curie module to Typescript.
* Convert lib/dark-mode-manager to Typescript. Update the lib/curie method return types.
* Convert lib/schema to Typescript. Update tests.
* Convert lib/phenotypic-feature to Typescript.
* Convert lib/page and lib/query-utils Jest tests to Typescript.
* Add SRA dbxref processing for sequence files. Have ORF ENSEMBL links use the correct species name in the ensemble.org URL, and open the link in a new tab.
