More fields (#6)

* Added: support for ListField

* Added: support for DecimalField

* Added: support for binary field

* Updated: makefile for test run and gitignore

* Added: support for embedded document and changed objectid

* `EmbeddedDocumentField`s are recognized now and
fixtures are being created

* `ObjectId` fields are now being defaulted to `None`. This is because we want
to be able to shove that work to mongo, where it belongs.
In the future there will possibly be a flag to generate an objectid
should a non-persisted fixture need to have this identifier.

* also fixed datetime parsing

* Added: support for choices, dict field and proper support for list

The `default` is a tricky thing in mongoengine and needs to
be worked around.

* Flake8
