IGVF-1830 Update file tables on file-set pages (#574)

* Update MeasurementSet page to use the new component to display the new file tables. Add the `@type` property to requests for files to help distinguish files.
* Update the AuxiliarySet page to have the new tables. Update the `FileSetFilesTables` component to take an undefined `files` prop so that we don’t have to check whether data exists or not before calling it, making it far easier to display the child table.
* Add new tables to the construct library set page.
* Update the common-request Jest test.
