Point people towards Protontricks beta

Due to `vdf` Python library not having released a new version with
appinfo V29 support, Protontricks is in an unfortunate limbo where a
new version cannot be released. Try to point people towards a beta
build, as this issue is causing tons of duplicate bug reports to be
made.
