Compute tab stops correctly

3.5em is nowhere near enough to fit (HH:MM-HH:MM), so the time interval
used to take three tab stops, except when it didn't (times involving a
lot of 11:11s).

Let's increase the size of tab stop 2 exactly 3 times so the text looks
the same as before, except without the narrower options.

Fixes #256.
