Deprecated category column from Communities table (#8583)

* Added migration to remove `category` column from `Communities` table

* Removed older community category logic from `/updateCommunityCategory` API

* Removed `communityCategoryMap` from `/status` response

* Removed old community category filters from `communities.tsx`

* Added migration to move `category` column data from `Communities` table to `CommunityTags` table

* Update cache for active communities, instead of invalidating it after updating community

* Simplified logic for communty->category to community_tags->tag_id migration
